Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

 

Nutmeg Threads currently ships to customers within the United States only.

 

2. Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order was placed.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, or due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier, delivery times may occasionally be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Origins

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or directly from our partners in China. The origin of the shipment does not affect the delivery timeframe stated above.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This number will be active within 24 hours of you receiving the email, and you can use it to track your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

 

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Nutmeg Threads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, you should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before you file.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or apartment office. If the package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier immediately to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@nutmegthreads.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges or loss of the order due to an incorrect address.
